How does this work?

Seller - You contact us with a asset that you would like to sell. We then contact our numerous sources to see whether there is interest. All of our sources are already checked so they will not be timewasters. usually we aim to have a deal settled within 7 days. 

Buyer - Once you have passed our checks you will be on our list of accredited buyers. This will give you access to Cars Property & Art that are not on the open market. 

How we get paid - 

We work on a commission basis so if we do not sell or you do not buy you do not owe us a penny. 

Seller Commission 
Under £500,000 =3% 
£500,000-£1,000,000 =2%
£1,000,000 plus =1%

Buyers Commission 
Under £500,000 = 5%
£500,000-£1,000,000 =3.5%
£1,000,000 plus = 1.75%

Extras -

Storage - We have access to be able to store your vehicles in fully insured storage facilities. 

Transport - We use only the best vehicle transport companies who maintain there fleet to the highest standard so you can sleep piece in mind knowing your new asset will arrive safe and sound. They are also fully insured and will check all cars before during and on arrival. 

Servicing - We can also organise essential maintenance on all forms of vehicles from Hyper cars to Private jets.
